Cooling Pads
DRI EcoCool Evaporative Cooling Pads -are high-efficiency, eco-friendly cooling solutions designed for various applications, including industrial, commercial, and agricultural settings. They operate on the principle of evaporative cooling, where warm air passes through water-saturated pads, resulting in a temperature drop of 10–20°F (approximately 5–11 degC)
Fans
FANS-axial impellars fans are actively moving air over heat exchanger coils using fans, in order to enhance heat transfer between the coil surface and the air. In forced convection, fans are used to blow air across the coil, increasing air velocity and improving heat transfer.
Motor
MOTORS-motor is used to drive the axial or centrifugal fans that force air over the heat exchanger coil to enhance heat transfer from the fluid to the air.The motor-fan combination creates forced airflow over the finned coil surface, which greatly improves the heat transfer coefficient compared to natural convection.
Nozzles Spray
spray nozzles-spray nozzles are used to atomize water into fine droplets that evaporate in the incoming airstream, lowering the air temperature before it passes through the coil. This improves cooling efficiency, especially in high ambient conditions.
